Our History

Your Trusted Cabling & Security Partner Since 1996

ABOUT US

Ron Ainger founded Ainger Communications in 1996 with the mission of offering high quality technical solutions to customers throughout the Ottawa Valley. As demand for our services grew, Ron began offering Ottawa cabling staffing services to Ottawa’s high tech industry. During these early years, Ron focused on building a unassailable reputation for integrity, accountability and customer focus with his clients.

By the late 1990s, Ainger Communications expanded by offering our customers high tech security services. Building on expertise in cabling and phone system infrastructure, we began installing and maintaining Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Access Control, Intercoms and Emergency Call Box systems.

Our reputation for high quality service resulted in a relationship with one of Ottawa-Gatineau’s major television and internet providers, thereby further expanding our building systems infrastructure services. This relationship has thrived since 2007, cementing Ainger’s reputation for expertise in cabling, security and phone system services.

In 2012, Ainger Communications became Ainger Cabling + Security, in order to better communicate our services to customers new and old. While the name has changed, the commitment to honest advice, excellent service and quality products endures. The Ainger team also expanded beyond the region, managing projects and contractors in every urban centre across Canada and select markets in the USA.

We offer our services to clients across Canada and the United States. If you’re interested in finding out more about how Ainger Cabling + Security can help you, call us today at +1 866.894.3339 or contact us using the form below.
